The Botanist are hosting a Vegan Dinner in Kirribilli For Mindful March
Throughout March, we are practicing Mindfulness at The Botanist and we will be powered by plants for a tasty vegan dinner curated by Head Chef Scott Mills!
We want to bring awareness to the importance of practising mindfulness and how it can benefit your everyday life and those around you and what we consume is a big part in this. Eating mindfully means that you are using all of your physical and emotional senses to experience and enjoy the food choices you make. This helps to increase gratitude for food, which can improve the overall eating experience. Mindful eating encourages one to make choices that will be satisfying and nourishing to the body.
Our vegan dinner will take place on Tuesday 29th March. The $75 per person set menu will include vegan twists on your Botanist favourites. Full of flavour and rich in nutrients, you’ll be impressed with the wholesome menu Scotty has created. Start the dinner with a Lyre’s cocktail before indulging in a delicious feast.
