The New Year is speeding by, so let’s take a moment to reflect and be mindful about the magic moments we create together.
Here at The Botanist we already place a great emphasis on Kindness and this March, we want to bring awareness to the importance of practising mindfulness and how it can benefit your everyday life and those around you.
On Wednesday 29th March, we hosted ‘Tide to Table’ a Seafood Dinner with sustainability in mind.
We celebrated Mindful March with an alcohol-free menu, highlighting a refreshing beverage experience, while staying true to your goals of living a healthier lifestyle.
Our Head Chef Sendura Lim thoughtfully crafted nutritious dishes to add to our menu, keeping in mind the saying, “you are what you eat”. These wholesome and nourishing specials are for the mind, body, and soul.
