The Botanist is Hosting An Exclusive ‘Into The Wild’ Dining Experience

Our Applejack Hospitality Head of Culinary Patrick Friesen has teamed up with Botanist Head Chef Scott Mills and Discovered Wild Foods, to bring you a culinary experience like no other.

Taking diners out of their comfort zones and ‘Into the Wild’, this event will allow you to discover and explore the environmental, taste and health benefits of consuming wild meats.

Join us on Wednesday 1st June to take your tastebuds on a journey with a menu centred around dishes that feature the likes of wild boar and sambar deer, that have been harvested ethically and sustainably by local supplier Discovered Wildfoods, whose mission is “to us what is on our plates to make positive change for our environment, health & communities”
