Top 6 Ways to Spread Kindness
The Botanist Kirribilli is on the hunt for kindness
No matter how big or small, no act of kindness is ever wasted
Our philosophy is all about making someones day so we’ve compiled a list of our top 6 ways to spread kindness. In light of World Kindness Day on the 13th of November, let’s challenge each other to tick off the list!
A simple smile is the easiest and quickest way to brighten someones day. Whether it’s at a friend, colleague or stranger, smiling is infectious and a powerful act of kindness.
Two~ Write a nice note
Nothing brings a smile to someones face like an unexpected note so we’re encouraging you to write a few kind words to make someones day. You can scribble a note to place in our Kindness Jar or head to our Kindness Store and send a Kindness Note to brighten up a friends inbox that day.
Three~ Give someone a genuine compliment
Has someone been doing an excellent job lately? Do they look great? Tell them! Whether it’s face-to-face, or an anonymous act of kindness via our Kindness Store, let someone know that they’re killing it!
Four~ Be generous with your time
Give your time to friends or family that need it. Check in with loved ones and see if they want to catch up over a drink or meal.
Five~ Shout a drink
Next time you’re at the bar, offer your friend a drink on you. Or head to our Kindness Store and surprise your friend with an Espresso Martini!
Six~ Be kind to YOURSELF!
One cannot be kind to others if they are not kind to them self. Read positive affirmations and uplifting quotes to remind yourself how great you are.
P.S Keep an eye out for little surprises in our bill folders to remind you of this…
