Secret Foodies Christmas in July
We held the Secret Foodies Christmas in July Party at The Botanist.
On the 19th, 25th & 26th of July, we teamed up with Secret Foodies to host their sold out Christmas in July party. What a wonderful event!
Guests arrived dressed in their fabulous festive outfits and enjoyed a welcoming ‘Christmas Crumble’ cocktail made with Beefeater Gin, apple, lemon, citrus, chai & toasted tapioca.
Once seated, the festive banquet began. Dishes included Baked scallop with black garlic butter & rosemary crumb, Char-grilled pork loin chop with rosemary, maple & wholegrain mustard, Roast turkey with pistachio & raisin stuffing balls + much more! Campo Viejo wines were flowing & guests were jolly. To finish off the amazing meal was a Steamed Christmas pudding with walnut cranberry brittle & butterscotch custard. Our Head Chef Scotty then introduced himself to the guests & had a chat with founder Alex Adams about the menu & his passions.
